We set out to build a gym and environment that would cultivate a tight knit team of focused, hardworking and dedicated individuals..

..and to continue to build a growing East Coast, Maritime, MMA community.
After some searching we have found the ideal place to call home.

August 2022 we planted our flag in Dartmouth, NS.

At the Tower, we believe in building skill, competence, and confidence through a combination of structured training and focused practice.
We combine old school grit with new school practice.
Our programs are designed to offer you the tools you need to develop your skills as a day 1 beginner or seasoned fighter.

We don't expect you to have talent, experience, or conditioning before walking through our doors- only effort and a willingness to learn. We will take care of the rest.
